The Philip Nearing School of Wing Chun offers both group and private instruction.

GROUP CLASSES
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8 - 10pm ; Saturdays 11:30am - 1pm
Current rates : $120/month (Student rates are $90/month)

PRIVATE CLASSES
Monday - Friday by appointment
Current rates : $75/hour

Classes are tailored to meet the needs of students from introductory to advanced. Each class begins with the sil lim tao form, followed by some fundamental punching exercises. After some additional warm-ups, basic chi gung and yoga-inspired stretching, the class is sectioned into beginning, intermediate and advanced groups; advanced students frequently interact with beginning students, helping them refine their technique and build their confidence.
