Monday: Beginners 6:30-7:45pm, Int/Adv 8-9pm
Tuesday: Women Only 5:30-6:30pm, Beginners 6:30-7:45pm, Int/Adv 8-9pm
Wednesday:Meditation 6:30-8:30pm, Qigong 8:30-9:15pm
Thursday: Women Only 5:30-6:30pm, Beginners 6:30-7:45pm, Int/Adv 8-9pm
Every Other Friday: Contact Sparring 6:30-7:30pm
Saturday: Beg 10:30-11:30am, Int/Adv 11:30am-12:30pm, Contact Sparring 1-2pm
